Holla at T.O.!!

Image
For those haters who don't like Terrell Owens, stop reading now. For those of you lifelong T.O. supporters, holla!! T.O. practiced today and may get playing time manana, tomorrow, farda... THURSDAY NIGHT WITH THE BoYs! The CoWbOyz! I like both the cowboys and the eagles so I have liked both spots where the TO has landed however I am sooo tired of people dissing him. The media creates all this hype and everyone buys it. It's like, let's leave this amazing athlete alone and worry about idiots like Bonds who dope up before every game. TO is getting in trouble for trying to be a #1 Receiver. That's not cool. I love the guy and will always support him. Plus I've met him a few times and I have his autograph. Beat that! ;o) Article: Click here for the real deal IRVING, Texas -- Get your popcorn ready: Terrell Owens could make his highly anticipated debut for the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday night. Owens went through his second straight practice Wednesday morning foll...

mellow yellow

i had a fairly mellow and relaxing weekend therefore my Monday has been full of energy. Friday night I had my cousin Elliott, Amanda his girlfriend and a couple of other buddies over for some fun recreational activities. Saturday was my 5 year anniversary with Neil. We couldn't do much because he had to work from 4-8 at a BBQ for an event. I was greeted with a beautiful boquet of flowers and then we went to my favorite place in the world, THE MALL for some major shopping. We did some damage, both of us. Neil may not look like it but he gets into shopping when the timing is right. Later that night we went on a double date with Jenn and Carlos and played some put-put golf and then later watched "Grandma's boy" together while our boys Rocco, Peezy and their boy PA-Chuco played. Sunday was cool too. more relaxing... then I went to Jana's Lingerie shower which was being hosted by her best friend Robin. The gifts were really awesome... she now owns more lingerie then...

Panic in Babylon - Lee Scratch Perry

Image
The new album by my boy Lee Scratch Perry was released this week (aug.22.2006) and it is tight. With songs like Purity, Voodoo and Baby Krishna its a great CD to relax and unwind to. I just imagine myself out on a beach in Jamaica with the music in my ipod in one hand and a Red Stripe Beer in the other. some crazy survivor news...

Image
ok. this will be my last reality TV post this month. I swear. BUT did you guys hear what the heck is going on with Survivor this Fall? Survivor 2006 will consist of castaways that will be organized into four tribes and divided along ethnic lines (African-American, Asian-American, Hispanic and White). WHAT? I think that is freaking ridiculous. People are people. Love sees no color. This show is going back in time where people were judged by the way they looked. Not only will this cause toxic turmoil between the tribes but it will also fuel debates and controvery between Survivor fans. I am all for creativity and twists but this has gone too far. No matter how politically correct you think through this, the conclusion is the same: This is not right for syndication. Will I watch this season? Of course. I'm no fool. But I am going to watch to see how all this unfolds. Lastnight, Neil and I had our friends Jenn and Carlos over. We were all talking about the show and how crazy it's ...

big brother all stars

if you are addicted to big brother all stars like I am then you are shocked after lastnight's show. What the heck was up with that? I cannot believe Howie was evicted by none of than Chicken George! How could he? Why would he? And let's not even talk about Boogie. He thinks he's so cool. News Flash Rico Suave, you are nothing but Dr. Will's little biatch. It was awesome when Howie stepped up to Boogie just seconds before leaving the house. I wish he kicked his ass and left. That would have been awesome! Here's a clip of loser Boogie who is Head of House hold in the Big Brother 7 house for a week. Things are heating up. Janelle is left to fend for herself while Danielle, James, Chill Town and whoever else is gunning to get her out.... BB7 should be thankful that I'm not in that house. and then here's a clip of Boogie lying. God I hope his nose stops growing. it's already HUGE! Now, if you DO NOT watch Big Brother and you think I'm wierd for begin add...

the millionaire...

Lastnight was wierd. I don't know why but I could not fall asleep. I was up until 4:30am just wide-eyed with no apparent reason. I should have been tired. I had a long day of non stop work, house chores and then some... so why the energy? Well as soon as I fell asleep, it got wierder. I had the most bizarre dream! I dreamt that I was in a small casino somewhere in the middle of nowhere. I was sitting down playing on a slot machine. One of those that was connected to a bar. I had $500. I kept playing and I didn't win ONCE. I was down to $100 when I struck gold. The machine went bizurk and I won 6.5 million dollars. WIERD! Then the money had to be shipped to me on a helicopter but first, everyone around me was trying so hard to be my best friend. I also remember neil and my sister in my dream. They were helping me plan my riches. I was kinda sad when I woke up because in my dream I had this ... this feeling like... "I can do whatever the hell I want now" feeling. That w...

Me 28 Me luvin it

Image
Thanks to all my friends and family who made my 28th bday a spectacular occasion. I had 3 days of non stop celebrating and I said goodbye to 27 with grace and entered my new chapter in life with my loved ones. So being 28 is strange. It's officially old. I don't necessary feel much older I just feel much wiser but I . I have learned so much in my 20's and I think that the experiences I've been through have prepared me to challenge myself as I get older. I still have so much life to live. I still have so many dreams to fulfill and ambitions to accomplish. Since 28 is pretty much considered late 20's I need to make sure that I live each moment from here on out to its fullest. During the next two years (before I turn the big 3-0) I want to travel to destinations that I've only dreamed of, I want to continue to work on my business and make Rouge Couture a fashion icon, and I want to share special moments with my family and my close friends every chance I get. ...

back to work....

Hi People! Well its been almost a week since my last post and I've missed my own blog. I have been busy this past week. I had a bday (yes i'm 28!) and neil had yet another surgery so I was at the hospital for a few days too. He's good now, I'm good now and I'm ready to party it up this weekend. Since my family has like a gazillion Leo Bday's we are celebrating them one by one and having a fun time doing so. We already had 4 and that includes my sister, my uncle malcolm, my cousin Cyrus, my cousin Aryana and me... There are 2 more left and I think we're done. I've got some bday plans lined up this weekend so I'll tell you more as they happen. In work related news, I got my annual review today and I am one happy camper. Since I can't divulge the details I will have to keep hush hush but I think a big trip to a tropical oasis is in store for me. Ohhhh yeaaaaaaaaaahhh baby! ok so sorry but I have to run because I have to interview a candidate ...

Reggae.On.The.River.2006

I just got back from spending 4 days in humbolt county at Reggae on the River. We left at 5am Thursday morning. Moshgan, Sharon, Naghmeh and I got to the river in record time. Unpacked and moved rocks for about 3 hours. The rest... the rest is beautiful. I have never relaxed so much in a weekend as I did this weekend. Our campsite was perfect. We were right on the river's edge and up on the hill was the concert area. So no matter where we were, we heard all the live music by our site. Jo, elliott, neil, arzhang and my mom all headed up later that day so the campsite was all ready for them upon arrival. We did all the hard work but we didn't care. My mom had most of the goodies with her! As always, I am now back from Reggae and I am at peace. The people were so so nice, the vibe was so peaceful, the ambiance was absolutely spectacular. No drama no nothing. it was pure bliss. I have been going to reggae on the river for 13 years and it gets better and better each time. My family...
