Gym Log

I thought as a motivating trend setter, I'd log my workouts on my webpage. Lame? ya think so? if you do, than just skip these posts. i don't wanna bore you...
Today was day 3 of the "2006 Ro" workout session. It was definately needed especially after the terrible golf experience I had this morning. I got to the gym around 4pm and I started out with cardio and did the following:
30 minutes of the elliptical
30 minutes of running
30 minutes of weights (tri's and chest)
The picture above is a illustration of me walking home from the gym. My ass is grass. Friday nights are no longer for going out. They're for catching up with my "zzzzz....'s".
