It's February. The month of Loveee



The month of love has arrived and i'm ready for it. Sike. God I hate this time of the year. All the commericials are sooo lame. The ads around this time of year totally jack up your valentine's day expectations that by the time the day arrives, you are sooo over it. This year, Neil's taking charge and planning our V-day. I just asked him to keep it simple. Well unless its jewlery... then he should go ALL OUT. ha ha.. just kidding. i'm such a nerd. New TOPIC!

Anyways, I like February because its black history month. Holla!!! We'll get into that some more in a few days. For now, its just me randomly bloggin'. Lastnight, Neil and I went to dinner at our friends Jackie and Tony's house. I used to play soccer with Jackie and Neil played football with Tony so they're good friends of ours. We actually hadn't seen them since their wedding 2 years ago! Can you believe how fast time flies!!! So Tony and Jackie live by my mom's house in south san jose. They bought a house last year and it is sooo cute. They've done a great job with the decor. Good going Jackie!! We all had a great time, drank some wine, had delicious skirt steak for dinner and called it a night. I passed out as soon as we got back home because I had another Follow Me Home this morning for my work.

Follow me homes are fun but they happen either really early in the day or late in the afternoon. I haven't been lucky enough to be assigned to a late one so its been cockadoodle doo for me. This morning's visit was interesting because it was a lady who ran a dog sitting service. I'm sooo using her for Rocco and Peezy.

After the visit I decided to work from home and start a new resolution. WORKING OUT. What a concept! I know. So lame that I have to restart my new year resolution but its time i get back into shape. I went to the gym today and gave it 150%. I'm going to be sore as all hell tomorrow so if you see me limpin on the streets, pick me up.

I just found out that LOST is a repeat tonight. I'm super annoyed. ABC, YOU SUCK!!!
Ok. well i gotta go now and get some potty pads and formula milk for Peezy. We just found out that he's 5 weeks old this week. WHICH MEANS that he was only 3 weeks old when we got him. He's the dog that never ages.

Talk about lucky sons of bitches, if you didn't get a chance to see the Spartan's nearly dominate the Hawaii Rainbow pansies, then you missed one heck of a game. ( picture slideshow courtesy of the SJ Mercury News ) The game began at 5pm and the weather was crap... rain was pouring and the fans were a few... that was until the sun came out and the fans began arriving, reaching to 20,000+ packing the Spartan stadium. ESPN packed the house in the press-box, scouts were hovering around the media stations, trying to find a good seat and stadium workers ran around the stands wiping down seats so people's rears could remain dry. The Hawaii Rainbow Pansies were the talk of football and everyone was expecting SJSU to lose and to lose big. The spread for the game had Hawaii favored by 20+ points. thug night...pack up your eggs baby!

I updated this story.. so if you read it. Reread it. I missed some very important points. ******************************************************************************** What seemed like a normal Tuesday night .. turned out to be quite interesting. First off, I got home lastnight from work before Neil. I was working from home when Neil got home and said let's take the dogs for a walk and grab coffe and go to the grocery store.. Good Ole Zanatto's. We got the dogs dressed and heade d out. After grabbing coffee and groceries, we start heading back home. The walk home is about 3 blocks but we pass many bars and many thugs on our route home. lastnights thug count was out of control. We were walking towards blockbuster/farenheight on San Fernando when we walk past a group of teenagers... about 10 of them. They seemed nice... One of the boys calls Rocco over. Football Widow 2010

Its Football Friday at the Parry House again. For those that don't know, my hubbie is the defensive coordinator for the Sobrato High School Football Team. They are so far 2-1 (Ugh that loss still hurts) and they are ready to play again tonight against Independence High school in San Jose. Here's their entire upcoming schedule The game should be good and if the boys come out to play, they should get the BIG W! Let's go BullDogs! A common terminology used by woman married to men that coach football is that during football season you are a football widow. It is NO JOKE. I thought that football was time consuming when Neil played back at SJSU but NOW, its CRAZY!! Coaching is a very time consuming job, especially if you are super into it like my husband is. Practice M-F afternoon/evening, games friday nights and football planning half the day on a SUNDAY!! With 2 boys at home with me, its super hard because Neil is so tied up with football!! I love love love football season ...
