Valentine's Day Bust.
Happy Belated Valentines' day everyone. I hope your day was a whole lot better then mine. I was in a terrible car accident Tuesday morning at 9:30 am. The accident involved me, 7 other vehicles and was all caused by a stupid ass construction company that dropped a huge cement highway divider slab onto highway 87.
The accident scared me to bits and pieces. Honestly, I don't remember much after hitting the thing on the highway. I remember talking to about a gazillion people and cops and shit but let me tell you, all i cared about was that my back & right shoulder was killing me.
Fortunately, I'm alive and I'm still here and FORTUNATELY I didn't drive the cadillac to work. The beamer is now in the shop and I've been trying to take care of all the drama that goes along with car accidents including insurance, emergency room visits, claim #'s, tow trucks, adjusters, chiropracters and at the same time trying to let my work know that I won't be in this week.
Valentine's day will be unforgettable this year and there was nothing about love for me on this day. My mom, dad, jouvan and neil were there for me 100% and I am just so lucky to have such a great family and friendship circle surrounding me. Everyone has been so overwhelmingly supportive during the past couple of days.
I'm now home and won't be able to leave as many posts as I'd like because my right arm/shoulder isn't feeling to hot but I will try to leave little notes here and there.
Neil's Vday present for me was a concert tomorrow night. We're still going to try to go and watch CCR live but I won't be doing any crazy moshing. ;)
