Cinco De Mayo
Also, HAPPY FRIDAY. I began this glorious day at 6am for my workout. I've been doing this for about 2 weeks now with my aunt Naazi and we love it. Working out in the morning is so refreshing. It does get hard on some days, especially right around 3pm when the zzz's kick in but all I need is a drink of Advocare's Spark and I'm good the rest of the day. Naazi and I have been averaging 2 hour workouts with lots of cardio, major ab work and weights. I'm going to Vegas in mid June so I'm trying to get in tip-top shape for it. As most of you know, the gym can get kinda old after a while so we're also going to try to do some hiking, mountain climbing and bike riding this summer. There's an indoor rock climbing place right across from my house so I'm going to give it a try on Sunday. I'll let you in on the details once its over.
in other wonderful news, Neil and I just met for some Rose Market. We both had doctor appointments in Mountain View and felt like some persian cuisine and since the dr. office is right next to rose market you can't help but smell the kabobs on the fire and it just lured us in. I'm sooo stuffed now. I had a shish kabob, rice, some gheimeh stew and salad shirazi. mmmm... finger lickin' good!
As for my weekend, its already packed with fun plans BUT at the same time I've got tons of homework on my plate. I'm so not used to this stuff. What do I do? Go to the library while its 78 degrees outside? Maybe I'll go layout and study on Sunday by my pool. Does that work?
