Hangin with the Servantes Bunch...

This weekend was extra special? Why? Well Neil and I got to spend it with the Soon to be Mr. & Mrs. Servantes (and Pachuco of course)! Friday night was ready night. Jenni and I had plans to get an airbrush tan in Los Gatos while Neil and Carlos continued their DevilBox 360 Journey of Gears of War. I didn't get a chance to get airbrushed but it turned out really nice on Jenni. It didn't take quite as long as I expected and it didn't smell as bad as Mystic/Magic tan. I think we're going back again soon so I'm excited to get it done. There are only a few places nearby that do AirBrush tanning and its reasonable in price so I'd recommend it if you hate the magin tan stench.

We got home and dragged the guys out to get us PF Changs takeout since we were both in sweats and all sticky from tanning. We ate dinner together and watched Beerfest. Great great movie. The dogs all played and we called it a night shortly thereafter.

Saturday was miserable out. It was rainy, windy and just really yucky. Since this was the first Saturday with no SJSU football, it was nice to take it easy. We really wanted to golf but the weather sucked ass. Later Saturday night, Jeni and Carlos were suppose to come over so we can go to the Intuit holiday party. Well, when Jeni was in the shower at their place (2 streets away from our place) their power went out. So they rushed over and all 4 of us hurried and got ready for the party at the 152. We got on the road without a minute to spare and arrived fashionably late for the occasion (Persian Standard Time). The party was fun. It wasn't nearly as good as I thought it would be but the four of us had a nice time. We took goofy pics (coming soon) and had a good time. Here are some pictures from that night. I didnt take my camera since its HUMONGOUS so Jeni and Carlos used theirs:

The rest of the weekend was great. After the party we had a slumber party. Well the slumber party for me and Jeni didn't last long because the boys started up on their devilbox360. We ended up going to bed without them. Funny story, they finished the game and they stayed up so late that Carlos and Jeni missed church the next day. Nini is such a BAD influence! totally!

I was pissed after the Sunday night football game so I don't really want to talk about Sunday. Hope you all had a great weekend. I can't wait to share the professional photo's from the Holiday party with you guys. They're classic.

Talk about lucky sons of bitches, if you didn't get a chance to see the Spartan's nearly dominate the Hawaii Rainbow pansies, then you missed one heck of a game. ( picture slideshow courtesy of the SJ Mercury News ) The game began at 5pm and the weather was crap... rain was pouring and the fans were a few... that was until the sun came out and the fans began arriving, reaching to 20,000+ packing the Spartan stadium. ESPN packed the house in the press-box, scouts were hovering around the media stations, trying to find a good seat and stadium workers ran around the stands wiping down seats so people's rears could remain dry. The Hawaii Rainbow Pansies were the talk of football and everyone was expecting SJSU to lose and to lose big. The spread for the game had Hawaii favored by 20+ points. thug night...pack up your eggs baby!

I updated this story.. so if you read it. Reread it. I missed some very important points. ******************************************************************************** What seemed like a normal Tuesday night .. turned out to be quite interesting. First off, I got home lastnight from work before Neil. I was working from home when Neil got home and said let's take the dogs for a walk and grab coffe and go to the grocery store.. Good Ole Zanatto's. We got the dogs dressed and heade d out. After grabbing coffee and groceries, we start heading back home. The walk home is about 3 blocks but we pass many bars and many thugs on our route home. lastnights thug count was out of control. We were walking towards blockbuster/farenheight on San Fernando when we walk past a group of teenagers... about 10 of them. They seemed nice... One of the boys calls Rocco over. Football Widow 2010

Its Football Friday at the Parry House again. For those that don't know, my hubbie is the defensive coordinator for the Sobrato High School Football Team. They are so far 2-1 (Ugh that loss still hurts) and they are ready to play again tonight against Independence High school in San Jose. Here's their entire upcoming schedule The game should be good and if the boys come out to play, they should get the BIG W! Let's go BullDogs! A common terminology used by woman married to men that coach football is that during football season you are a football widow. It is NO JOKE. I thought that football was time consuming when Neil played back at SJSU but NOW, its CRAZY!! Coaching is a very time consuming job, especially if you are super into it like my husband is. Practice M-F afternoon/evening, games friday nights and football planning half the day on a SUNDAY!! With 2 boys at home with me, its super hard because Neil is so tied up with football!! I love love love football season ...
