Happy New Year

Well it has been almost a year since I've left a post on my own blog. Talk about taking my time! I've been busy. as the holidays were winding down, there have been a lot going on and very little time to post.

I spent the holidays visiting tons of family and friends and caught up with everyone. Its a great time to see how everyone's doing and wish everyone a wonderful xmas. I also sent out xmas cards to everyone with Rocco and Peezy starring on the cover. here's a lil peak in case you were interested:
and as for NYE, New Years 2007 was a good one...
Neil and I spent the day with our friends at the beach and then wrapped up 2006 with a 5 course dinner and relaxation with loved ones. Last year we partied it like rock stars this year we went the mellow route. Next year will be a wild one again, I'm sure of it. I spent new years eve pondering the forth coming years resolutions.

I've decided the following list will be my 2007 List Of Resolutions:
  1. Go to bed before midnight on work nights
  2. Wake up before or by 8am daily (this is a toughy)
  3. Graduate!!
  4. No more fake and bakin'.. just spray tan and natural sun exposure. This means no more tan cocktails (spray tan + 10 minutes of stand up)
  5. Spend more time with Family and Friends
  6. Continue my Golf Business endevour
  7. WORK OUT
  8. Visit my sister more often! (especially since she got me Justin Timberlake CONCERT tix) u rock jo jo!
  9. Travel to new spots around the U.S. and the WORLD
  10. Be Happy!
There... top 10 resolutions for 2007!! Wahoo!!! Go Ro! Now, let's see how long it lasts!

2007 has been good to the people around me , Neil started his new job working as a Program Manager for the San Jose Grand Prix. If you want to volunteer for the SJ Grand Prix this summer, holler at Neil. My sis Jo got a new job at Paramount Vantage (Paramounts indy film group). Their more recent films include Babel and Inconvenient Truth. Unfortunately I wont be getting anymore entourage, niptuck, OC... etc DVD's but Paramount is pretty awesome. Congrats to both of you guys!!

My cousin and her husband have been visiting from Canada. I don't remember my cousin Zari but I guess we had met when I used to live in Iran. She's now 32 and I got to see her again. Its pretty awesome meeting my family from Iran, especially since I have a gazillion cousins there!!

Just recently, we all went to a Persian concert at the Avalon. It had been ages since I had gone to a Persian concert and nothing has changed. I took Neil with me and it was funny seeing him experience his first Persian event. Here's us at Club Avalon lastweek:

A lil side note, Neil is also taking Farsi classes now... no more talking behind his back gosh darnnit!! Actually all the Americans in our family are attending this class. It will make for some interesting future family get togethers.

Last night I think I fell in love with a new sport. Geno (BTW, HAPPY B-DAY!), Jana, Neil and I got together after work for dinner at Amici's and the highly anticipated (and popular) Sharks game against the Detroit Red wings. I am such a san joser its not even funny but last night I realized that Sharks games are soo fun. Jana hooked us up with some really good seats at the Shark tan. The beginning of the game started out terrible. The sharks were down 0-3. It was horrible. But it wasn't long until they scored 9 points to win 9-4. It was a great game and Jana and I even did the Shark chopper (pictures to come soon). The game was sold out so the vibe in the shark tan was hott.

As for this weekend, I'm looking forward to partying, playing and golfing. I love california weather! Have a great weekend and remember, enjoy life because if you don't you'll regret it. =)
