Gray Hairs Are Doubling by the minute

Thank god for three day weekends. After having a 70 hour work week, I was VERY VERY VERY excited to have 3 days to relax, especially since I had no time to do anything non-work related. I even missed SCHOOL!

I had to work Friday until late. I worked my booty off so I could finish most of my work so that I could have a full weekend to do nothing but clean, play and play. Saturday was great. Neil and I had a tee time at WENTE vinyards. I did end up working in the morning but the thought of knowing I was golfing made it all seem worth it. Wente is a golf course located in livermore. Its super nice and a great place to unwind. The weather was amazing and me being the miss whitey (since i get NO SUN) that I am got sunburned. Me? Sunburned? I think Neils Irishness is contageous. Later that night, we got home, got some takeout and had a nice evening with the fam (that means Rocco and Peezy you know that right?). Neil had rented Notes on a Scandal (with Cate Blanchett). I thought it was going to be a lot better but the movie was just Bizarre. It was creepy. I don't recommend it but hey, rent it if you wish. I fell asleep and dreaded Sunday because neil and i had planned the entire day around chores. Neil was going to do some major fix-it things while I was deep cleaning the condo. After 5 hours of hardwork we were able to finish and get showered so we could go to Alana and Scott's for a Memorial weekend BBQ. Our friends Hoover and Carr were also there and so we were looking forward to catching up with old friends. Neil and I took Rocco and Peezy with us. Alana and Scott have 2 dogs too. What we weren't expecting was to see Carr's new puppy bulldog TANK and Hoover's dog Kona there too! It was a 1:1 person to dog ratio but seriously it was fun watching them all interact. The BBQ was fun and I seriously can't wait until Alana has her baby!

On my last day off (Monday) Neil and I decided to go golfing one more time, but this time we went to my ALL TIME favorite course Callippe Preserve in Pleasanton. This course was seriously amazing. We got out with another 2some who was celebrating their 18 year anniversary. They were really cool and we ended up having the greatest time golfing. I made history on Monday. I had 5 PAR's! If you know anything about golf and if you know much about a 30+ handicap player then you WILL know that I did something remarkable.

I'm now reliving my crazy work week again and wish I could go back in time to Friday. Oh well. I am on the train now heading home since Neil and I are scheduled to have dinner with my Mom.

Lastly, I want to explain to you all the Title of this post. I put something up about Gray Hairs because my gray hair count is out of control. Not only have I had no time to dye my hair but I have had several people remind me that I need to dye my hair. As IF!!

Neil and I are going to Jeni and Carlos's wedding on Saturday night so I will definately make sure to DYE my grays before then. Heaven forbid someone try to go au natural these days! Happy Thursday people!
