Soothing September Sunday
It's Sunday and its another day I get to cross out as I get closer and closer to the big D-day. I thought I'd be a little more scared at this point of my pregnancy but with 22 days left, I'mfeeling ready to just go into labor. I had a false alarm on Friday which scared me a lot. I was with my mom and I swear I thought I felt a rush of sudden labor cramps. Unfortunately, it turned out to be awful gas (yes TMI: Too much information) and with the baby being all bouncy the past few days, it was probably trapped in a bad spot which made the gas feel like cramps. Gas is very common during the latter part of pregnancy and I'm sorry but I have to be real with you guys... THE GAS IS NOT COOL. I swear, its not me that's farting. it is the BABY! he jacks me up.
The gas pains felt so much like real labor pains that I felt them contract! That scared my mother enough that she called Dr. Noh because we thought we might have to go to the hospital. Who knew my first false alarm would be gas. How lame is that!
Oh gosh and here's another pregnancy symptom I experienced lastnight that was super unpleasant. I woke up in the middle of the night DRENCHED IN SWEAT. I swear I thought my water had broke and sprayed all over (I wish) it was that bad. Is that normal? Well I'm about to find out. Google here I come!!
In non-belly news, On Saturday, I started to feel better and Nini and I decided to take our boys to one of the funnest events in San Jose, "Bark in the Park". It was our 3rd year attending the event. We were really excited. We dressed up the boys in their favorite outfits and headed to the park.

The dogs had no idea what was in store for them so it was exciting to see them freak out with excitement as they started seeing massive crowds of people walking towards the park. As soon as we got there, we walked up to a booth where they gave away puppies to families who qualified. Oh My GOD! These puppies were to die for!

So cute. I swear, if we had a yard I think we would have gone home with one (or two). neil couldn't stop petting them!
We made our way around the booths and then met up with our friends Carr and Carmel who had their dogs Tank (bulldog) and Nanoo (french bulldog).

Tank slobbered all over Rocco's head (as usual) and we continues to make our way throughout the park, stopping every few steps to check out cool dogs. There was a huge agility course for the dogs but the line was super long. After an hour or so of walking around, Rocco was done. Peezy was still going strong but I swear I thought I was dragging Rocco by the leash.
The weather was also getting very hot at this point so every time we'd stop at a booth, Rocco would bury his head under the table or whatever the booth had and would lay down. Once we finished our way around the park, we decided to go home since the boys were dying of heat. They were also too snobby to drink out of all the water bowls scattered all over the park so that made it even harder. All in all, the event was a lot of fun and it was cool to see such a large crowd supporting the event and taking time to let their dogs meet thousands of others!

Now I am preparing myself for the Dallas Cowboys game. They are gonna dominate and I cannot wait to see TO (I want me some me), Romo and Witten tear up the Packers. Ciao.
