MIA!! I'm back
Ever since my ass got laid off, I haven't had one second to post on my absolutely favorite website! My blog page :)
I am back (for now) and have been busy with so much. Being a mommy of a 10.5 month old is very eventful and I rarely ever get a chance to go on the computer. I also partially blame FARMVILLE on facebook which is a game that has an addictive substance that has me hooked like a fish! If you play, add me as a neighbor. If you don't play, I strongly advise you to stay away. lol...
Things for me are going good considering that I am jobless. I am trying to enjoy life, take on some side gigs, spend time with family and figure out what the future holds for me. Its a very pivotal time in my life since I have never been out of a job since 1999. That is a LONG time. I do miss working for corporate. Like, for example, I no longer have a computer at home. I used my company's computer so now I actually get to go out and purchase a MAC, something I have been looking forward to forever! I am dreading having to spend $$ on it. ugh, does anyone want to buy me one?
I also bought a nice phat 500GB harddrive so I can store all my pictures (well I do this mostly on flickr), music, videos and docs. This small yet valuable piece of machinery will go with me everywhere and I think if there were a fire, I would grab my family, my dogs and my harddrive. That's it.
I cannot believe we are in SEPTEMBER ALREADY! where did the time go... This month is very exciting because
*My honey has his 1st football game
*One of my good friends is gonna have a baby this month!! Woot Woot!!
*One of my good friends is getting married this month!!! Yay!
*My son will be 1 month away from being 1, let's hope he walks in September
*I get to job hunt (this is the not so pleasant item)
Well, that's it for me now. This was a short and sweet post and you can thank Google's gmail for giving me this time (since they are DOWN) so I can post and give some love to my PARRYTIMES.com blog.
