Yo! whats up!
oh the life of a working mom. Things have been insane the past few weeks and i swear i feel like exhausted when I finally get to hit the couch by 9pm. Working full time, being pregnant and having to take care of a family can be challenging at times. Don't get me wrong, I am FAR from complaining. I love my life and all things that make it what it is but WOW, can you say Life is CRAZY BUSY right now!
I hope that I can take a babymoon somewhere sometime in the near future but we'll have to see about that.
The Parry fam boys are doing great. Neil is busy working and getting ready to start the new season with the Sobrato Bull Dawgs. LJ is growing growing growing and getting cuter and more affectionate and personable as the days come. I just adore my little dude to pieces!!! The doggies (since they are part of the Parry boys) are great too. They love having a backyard and they love playing outside when the weather allows it.
LJ is enrolled in lots of activities and we hope to get him into soccer early this summmer. So far he continues to advance his skills in swimming and he's absolutely loving his Lil Gym classes that he attends with both mommy and daddy. his music together class sucked BIG TIME this year. I'm not sure if it was the late time or the venue but LJ was not feeling it AT ALL. I think we'll opt out of music together next time. My boy is WAYY too into sports right now and I think the music class just bored him. LOL... Plus he prefers reggae over dinky folk songs. My lil rasta in training!
The future baby parry boy is doing great. Bakin in the oven and he too is growing very fast. This week, 22 weeks, he's the length of a carrot and 2+ pounds! My tummy is HUGE... I'm talking a LOT bigger than it was with LJ. I look 8 months pregnant. Its crazy. I'm only 5 months! it's going to be a long journey from here on out because the parts of pregnancy that are a pain (i.e. Backaches, Heartburn, Peeing every 5 seconds) are in full swing. This is the stuff you forget about when you are not pregnant and LONg to have another baby. :)
I'm dreading preparing the new nursery because the walls in our house are SUPER duper high. I am thinking of going with a new color... maybe blue tones for the new nursery but I might stay with the jungle theme. I think its so cute for boys. LJ's new BIG BOY room is going to be all sports themed (thanks to pottery barn). I just can't decide on paint for his room.
Lastly, we have TONS of other house stuff to do. Its crazy how it can seem overwhelming when you think about it all. We were able to plant 2 gardenia's, 12 decorative Bada bing flowers and a few daisies this weekend. They look SOOOO good. I can't wait to plant the veggies. YUM!
