I'm bloggin from class again (i'm bored) and I just had a conversation with my friend Jeni, who asked me how my place was coming along... She also referenced my October 18th deadline. Well to give everyone an update, my deadline came and went... with most of my work completed but my darn masterbathroom is taking forever. I hope to have everything done by next week. suuurreee.... I haven't posted pictures yet because I want everything to be done and look good so that I can post one picture and one only. =) So its halloween... Happy Halloween!!! I have class tonight but I am going to go home to my man and my boys to have a night filled with lots of junk food and scary movies. I love halloween. Unfortunately I didnt get to host my annual Pumpkin carving party at my house because it was under construction. I'm thinking about having a Ornament Making party for christmas this year. I was heading over to my building's break room and saw Pizza. I went to get a slice only to be disgusted by a jello cake someone had put out for everyone... Here's the cake: The note below the cake says "Have a piece of my mind". and the jello life-like brain jiggled and wobbled as if it were real!!! EWWW! I almost lost my appetite. My curiosity got the best of me so I took the knife and started poking and proding at the brain on a plate. I decided Larry would be brave enough to eat it so I ran over to his cube and got him to try a piece.. Here's larry eating the brain: Lol!! That totally made me sick... almost sick that I passed on the Pizza. But I was really hungry so I got the pizza anyway. Alright, gotta get back to the daily grind. Laaliouttahere!

This is hilarious!

Its been a while since I've posted so here goes. Thursday night's Ziggy concert was pretty much awesome. Ziggy, with his new slim look, rocked the stage with new Ziggy songs and then some of his daddy's hits. He sounds exactly like Bob Marley. It was amazing. The catalyst night club was kewl. The admission was 16 and over so it felt like there were a lot of teeny boppers there only there to smoke pot but other than that, everything was awesome. Good times. Friday was great too. After a long day at work, my mom and I hit Valleyfair mall and had ourselves a marathon shopping spree. 6 hours later we couldn't believe how fast time had flown by and furthermore we couldn't believe we weren't tired. Shopping kicks ass! =) As sooon as I got home Friday night, I had to pack up and head to Reno with Neil. SJSU football had a game against the University of Nevada (located right off the strip in Reno). The game was on national television (ABC) and in the 4rth quarter Neil ...

Do 4.0 students blog from class? This one does! lol. I'm just kidding but really, I'm sitting here in my Research class and I'm bored to death. We're talking about Regression lines and doing analysis of variance. BORING. I'd rather be home right now. How is my home you ask? Things are going great. No really, they are. My flooring is all complete! YEAH! I've got new hardwood floots, new carpet and new baseboards installed and it looks amazing. Neil and I also got some new furniture pieces from good ole Crate & Barrel and West Elm to top off the look of our new home. I can't wait to post pictures so that you can all see it. The only work left is the master closet and master bathroom. The master closet is getting installed by "ClosetsByDesign" and they are suppose to be at my house tomorrow at 9am sharp. All of our clothes have been in boxes since last Sunday so I'm looking forward to getting my life back (aka my clothes = my life). The master...

I am sooo excited for this coming Thursday night. Neil, Carlos Jeni and I are going to see Ziggy Marley at the Catalyst in Santa Cruz. I have seen Ziggy in concert before but its been a while and I haven't seen him perform his "Love is my religion" tour yet so I'm thrilled to go. As you all know I love Reggae music and have been listening to reggae since I was a little 7 year old. My family, thanks to my uncle Arzhang, has been hooked on Reggae since and we have had years of good times spending family time with Reggae music playing in the background. I will try to take pictures at the concert and post them. God knows I need this concert. I've been working my butt off at home and I don't even wanna talk about the things going on in my remodeling project. Let's just keep this post about Ziggy Marley. =) Here's his music video. Its got a nice beat to it but the video is a little boring. I like her new found esteem. Its cool that she's saying she belongs to herself. i wonder if this song is directed at Nick. What do u guys think? Anyways, Enjoy the video. Don't forget, I belong to me. =)

Today is my first day back in the office since last Wed. I had taken a few days off of work to oversee the construction at the 152 condominium that Neil and I call home. Yesterday I had the last of my granite counters installed in my bathroom. It looks great. The undermount sinks are also sweet, I picked to have them installed that way so that they are super easy when it comes time to clean. Yipee! less cleaning = happi rouge. I also had the plumber at my house all day doing work. He did a good job. It was apparent when I flushed the toilet. The flush was really fast and had suckage. Now, when someone poops at my house they wont have to worry about a floater! Around 4:30pm yesterday I called the vet to see if Rocco & Peezy were ready to be picked up. Rocco had dental work done and had to be put to sleep to do it. Peezy was getting xrays taken so they put him to sleep for that too....So anyways, I picked them up and Rocco's teeth looked AMAZING! Magnificent. White as a porcelain...

The kitchen is finally complete and I absolutely love it. Our Pantry kicks ass. The new appliances are killer. I'm just really glad I dont have to eat out again. Weekend Update: Saturday was anything but relaxing... I got up at 8am. ON A WEEKEND. not cool. Carlos (Neil's Buddy), Neil and I helped my workers remove the old cabinets out of my place for most of the morning and that took a while. My new appliances arrived shortly thereafter and they were amazing! I love my new refridgerator. It's sick. Anyways, I had to quickly transfer all my stuff out of the old fridge into the new one before my other buddy came to pick up my old appliances. When my friend pulled up with a truck to take my old appliances, I heard a loud ass meow. I didn't know where it was coming from but the meowing was loud and could be heard across the street and it only kept getting louder and louder. It was really wierd! I went over to his truck and there was a cat stuck under the truck. It had been there as he was driving on the highway and through san jose. Poor thing!
